Join the She Codes team in Brisbane!

Are you looking to help women find their passion, spark curiosity and demystify coding across Australia? Come on board the She Codes team as a Program Facilitator or Partnerships Manager and support our mission to inspire 100,000 women across Australia to enter tech careers by 2025.

We’re opening up two new roles in Brisbane, Australia, to help grow our community on the East Coast and join us in delivering our three levels of programs. With one day Workshops, a one week taster program, Flash and Plus, part-time 6 month program, we’re able to reach women at all stages of their tech career.

Program Facilitator / Instructor
This role will be responsible for ensuring consistency for our Brisbane program teaching women to code. This role will be hands on as a facilitator for HTML/CSS, and will be working with the Technical Lead (based in Perth) to train the facilitators and mentors for the remainder of the program.

It will be a requirement that this position is available during class times (Tuesdays 5.30-8.30pm and Saturdays 9-1pm) as a friendly, familiar face for the cohort and to ensure that the venue is set up, and supplies are provided when necessary. Outside of class time this role will be responsible for training and supporting the other mentors, giving and receiving feedback, and providing suggestions for continuous improvement.

So, if you’re passionate about teaching and tech, our Program Facilitator / Instructor role will be perfect for you.

Partnerships Manager
This role will be managing our existing partner relationships, and liaising with new partners in both WA and QLD. We’re also looking to expand our impact in those regions, as well as create and take advantage of new opportunities across Australia. The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about creating impact, building sustainable relationships and sharing positive stories of our alumni.

So, if you’re looking to help us broaden our reach and expand our community, apply today to become our new Partnerships Manager
