PROGRAM COORDINATOR: Full time, Sydney based role
This role will support our programs and spaces in NSW allowing you to:
- Deepen your knowledge of tech and startups
- Learn from a team of mentors and facilitators across Perth and Brisbane
- Attend meetups and events, building your personal and professional network
- Develop your leadership skills as you support the community
As the Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing our flagship programs as they run in Sydney for the first time. With an initial focus on Community Engagement and Coordination of She Codes, the role will expand over time as our footprint in NSW grows.
TECHNICAL CONTENT MANAGER & MENTOR: Part time, anywhere in Australia
The Technical Content Manager + Mentor is responsible for the overall content and delivery of the teaching components of the She Codes programs. In some instances this may mean the actual teaching and delivery, and in other instances this may be training and supporting the lead mentor in the lead up to the program, giving and receiving feedback, and providing suggestions for continuous improvement.
SENIOR OPERATIONS & CAREERS MANAGER: Full time, Brisbane based role
This is a senior role working closely with the Founder around the strategy to grow the operations and delivery of She Codes programs Australia-wide. You will be working with a team, both internal, and external mentors and facilitators, creating life-changing experiences for women in the technology industry.
This role is growth focussed, supporting the expansion of the program in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and other locations around Australia. The selected individual will be working with program partners to deliver the best outcomes for them, as well as with cohorts and alumni to secure job placements and opportunities.
