Can you help us reach 100,000 women?
We’re on a mission to improve diversity in the tech industry by creating a safe space for women to re-train alongside other women and thrive in the tech industry. As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we’re more committed than ever to reaching our goal of inspiring and impacting 100,000 women in tech by 2025.
Our programs are designed to build confidence, teach foundational technical skills, and enable women to supercharge their careers, whether they’re upskilling, pivoting into tech, or re-entering the workforce. With 85% of our alumni entering or transitioning into technical roles, we’re making waves in the industry and closing the gap between actual and potential participants.
But our work is far from over. We need your support now more than ever to reach our 100,000 women goal by the end of this year to create a more diverse, inclusive, and innovative tech industry.
Our impact focus areas
Indigenous women
In 2024 we partnered with the Garlett Group to run free workshops for First Nations women. We have big plans for 2025 including regional workshops, Perth metropolitan workshops, and First Nations retreats.
Multicultural women
In 2024 we delivered a workshop alongside Turbans 4 Australia and LEAD Learning Centre for migrant women in Western Sydney. Migrant and refugee women face serious challenges building community networks and getting local experience.
Young People
We are thrilled to be working alongside Murdoch University to deliver Code Crush, a workshop for Year 8 & 9 high school girls, this June. We are still desperately looking for partners for this inaugural event – help us build the future. Partnership packages start at $1,000.
