Flash is our one week tech taster program offering women across Australia an alternate pathway to explore if the tech industry is right for them.
We offer beginner friendly learning techniques, the chance to learn from industry professionals as well as the opportunity to continue learning post-program.
Running full time for one week (Monday – Friday) this program is ideal for women who are new to tech, who work in non-technical roles at tech companies, and those looking to learn new skills.
She Codes Flash
A program covering some of the key fields in tech. We currently focus on front-end development in HTML/CSS, back-end development in Flask, Python fundamentals, processing data, and working with hardware in MicroPython.
She Codes Next
This tech taster program designed for young women or non-binary, aged between 13 – 17. It will entail elements of finding your ‘why’, then diving into technical content. It will focus on HTML/CSS, JavaScript and hardware.

It’s all about data! Flash Data is designed for women with a STEM background who are looking to deepen their knowledge in analytics. This program covers fundamentals in Python, statistics, machine learning, data and algorithms.
