The ‘Virus That Shall Not Be Named’ has not slowed down the team here at She Codes, with our Plus Program kicking off in Perth last week and our Brisbane cohort not far behind them! Thanks to the continued support of BHP and Spacecubed we’ve been able to continue business as somewhat normal throughout this time.
With the first half of our programs running online, and the second half transitioning to an in-person learning experience, we’re excited for both the opportunity to continue to connect with like-minded women online, as well as blend their learning experiences for the second half of the program.
Joining us on the East Coast to help us ensure the Cupcake Effect is maintained, is Carlie Hamilton, our new Community Coordinator. With a passion for supporting diversity in technology, mentoring and education, creativity, and collaboration, we’re so excited to have Carlie join the team this year.
As we couldn’t be there in person, we had a few special friends and community members helped us with the interviewing process, so a big thank you to Philippa from Robert Walters and Valeriia from Microsoft helping us with this difficult process.
But, without further ado, let us introduce the incredible group of women joining our very first Brisbane Plus cohort.
Because who codes? She Codes!
