Robert Walters has been one of our active workshop partners for almost a decade. Their support covers CV review sessions during our one day workshops and one-on-one mentoring for participants. In Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney their team has shown up in person to run and take part in She Codes workshops directly, not just fund them from a distance.
The partnership has also seen direct results, with dozens of She Coders placed through Robert Walters with clients including Austal, BHP, GLX Digital, FamilyZone, Rio Tinto and many more. Robert Walters are paving the way for recruitment agencies in Australia who know that you cannot just keep hiring from the same small pool of candidates — you need to grow the talent pipeline. Caitlin Achemedei, who reinvented her career from chef to coder through She Codes, and Maria Claydon, who made the move from travel to software, are among the many stories Robert Walters have played a part in.
