She Codes is a growing community, with our goal of inspiring 100,000 women by 2025, we can’t get this done with out our mentors. Our aim is to inspire women and create a sustainable ecosystem of developers and women in tech! We have a range of time commitments, as well as paid and volunteer mentor roles.

Mentor Give Back Program
Keen to support the next wave of women in technology? The She Codes Mentor Give-Back Program allows our mentoring team to pay-it-forward by donating their fee back to fund future She Codes programs.
In this program, mentors have the opportunity to donate their fee to a Scholarship fund. Every time that the fund reaches one of the thresholds, another woman gets a chance to upskill into a tech job!
