We have 3 major programs – Workshop, Flash, and Plus – and operate in metro and regional hubs across Australia.

Our programs are designed on a one-for-one model – organisations pay for their own non-technical staff to participate in our programs, with each position for an internal employee paying-it-forward for someone from the community to join the program for free. This builds the internal capability of the organisation as well as building a pipeline of talent from the broader ecosystem.
In addition to these program partnerships, we offer recruitment services and employer branding opportunities through events and content whilst also supporting internal staff who have a passion for giving back and mentoring in our programs.
