We work with organisations to solve diversity challenges within the tech industry by upskilling their internal talent, creating a pipeline of talent into their business, increasing brand and profile, and helping retain talent.

Our current partners are organisations of various sizes that are committed to internal capacity building, diversity and inclusion, and building a pipeline of talent. 

We have 3 major programs – Workshop, Flash, and Plus – and operate in metro and regional hubs across Australia.

Partnership model

Our programs are designed on a one-for-one model – organisations pay for their own non-technical staff to participate in our programs, with each position for an internal employee paying-it-forward for someone from the community to join the program for free. This builds the internal capability of the organisation as well as building a pipeline of talent from the broader ecosystem. 

In addition to these program partnerships, we offer recruitment services and employer branding opportunities through events and content whilst also supporting internal staff who have a passion for giving back and mentoring in our programs.
